Volunteers pick up 760 pounds of litter in Port St. Lucie

Nearly 150 volunteers collected 760 pounds of litter during the Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful 20th Annual Cleanup Day on April 18. Volunteers met at Public Works and were bused to six city parks across Port St. Lucie to pick up litter at those locations and surrounding areas. Read more

Measles case confirmed at Port St. Lucie Civic Center

City Manager Jeff Bremer wants the public to know that the Florida Department of Health in St. Lucie County contacted the city to report a case of measles exposure at the Civic Center on April 9, when a child was brought in to register for a summer camp that will begin in June. Read more

Police Department cookout proceeds benefit American Cancer Society

The public is invited to the PSLPD for Life Cookout on Friday, April 24 at the Port St. Lucie Police Department from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $8 per plate which includes a hamburger, hotdog or barbecue pork, as well as chips and a drink.
