Commercial Code Compliance
The objective of Commercial Code Compliance is to advance Goal 1 of the City’s Strategic Plan, which is to ensure that Port St. Lucie is Safe, Clean, and Beautiful. Our Commercial Code Compliance Officers perform sweeps and inspections on commercial properties throughout the City to make sure commercial code violations and site plan violations are corrected in a timely manner. Bringing commercial properties into compliance is crucial for maintaining aesthetically pleasing commercial buildings throughout the City that attract shoppers as well as business owners.
