The Parks & Recreation Department is proud of its commitment to Port St. Lucie by providing many opportunities for participation in sports leagues. These leagues encourage and teach good sportsmanship and enhance the emotional and physical well-being of children and adults, while in a fun and safe environment.

Junior Basketball League

Junior Basketball is a recreational program designed to allow participants to play basketball in a fun, safe environment. Registration in March, 2024. Learn more about Junior Basketball.

Girls Flag Football League

Join us for the Girls Flag Football League 2025/2026 school year season! Experience the thrill of competition while developing teamwork, leadership, and athleticism. All skill levels are welcome!

Days: Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning May 27, 2025. Play times vary.
Cost: $125 for six weeks.
Location: Riverland Paseo Park, 12151 SW Community Blvd., Port St. Lucie
Divisions: Middle School Division (6-8th grade) and High School Division (9-12th grade)
Remember to bring a mouth guard for your child, as they are required for participation. While cleats are recommended, your child can wear sneakers.
This program is led by Recreation Instructor Nick Clements.
