Summer Camps: June 9 - August 1, 2025

Lottery Registration for full-day camps

Because of the popularity and high demand of the program, this year the City is expanding the number of camps with four new locations and introducing a new lottery system for households registering for all eight weeks of camp. This approach removes the advantages of a first-come, first-served method and helps eliminate long wait times, ensuring a smoother registration process for everyone.

Following the placement of those who enrolled for all eight weeks, households registering for individual weeks will be accommodated based on the order their applications were received and as space permits.

#1. Lottery Registration Period: March 14 - 28, 2025

Submit your lottery entry

The registration link will go live on March 14. Selected participants will receive an email from ePact containing a waiver to complete.

  • Limit of one entry per household.
  • No payment is required at this stage.
  • Please note: Seats are not guaranteed until the enrollment process is complete after the lottery selection.

#2. Lottery Drawing & Notification

  • Random selection will take place after the registration period closes on March 28.
  • Families selected in the lottery will be notified by email or phone.

#3. Payment & Final Enrollment

If selected, payment and paperwork must be completed by the deadlines to secure your spot.

Deadlines:

  • April 18: Submit paperwork and the first payment of $280.
  • May 30: Second payment of $280 is due.
  • Weekly payments of $70 follow thereafter.

If you miss the deadline, your spot will be offered to the next family on the waitlist.
