This page provides status information on upcoming development projects that have been approved by the City of Port St. Lucie’s Site Plan Review Committee. The Planning & Zoning Department provides this information in an effort to educate the public on land development projects out and about the City of Port St. Lucie.

Upcoming Development Projects

The following projects are in order of newest to oldest:

P13-008-A2 St. Lucie HCA Hospital: A six level parking garage containing 671 parking spaces proposed to be located south of SE Tiffany Avenue.

P24-003 Darwin Square-Mavis Tire: A 6,136 square foot automotive services facility proposed to e located south of SW Darwin Boulevard and east of SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard.

P24-003 7 Brew: A 778 square foot drive-thru coffee shop proposed to be located at the northeast corner of SW Gatlin Boulevard and SW Kensington Street.

P24-032 SLW Industrial Park Lot 8: An 82 space covered recreational vehicle storage facility proposed to be located south of NW Mercantile Place.

P24-007  Biltmore Properties: A 10,800 square foot warehouse/office building proposed to be located west of Biltmore Street between Swan Avenue and South Macedo Boulevard.

P23-189  Southern Grove 11 Parcel 25D: A 10,000 square foot retail/pharmacy building proposed to be located northeast of the intersection of Marshall Parkway and Village Parkway.

P21-213 Tradition Mobility Hub: The addition of 22,821 square feet of building for retail/office space and 6,801 square feet for restaurants and a transit center, to the existing site located east of East Park Avenue between Stephanie Way and Meeting Street.  

P23-200 Verano - 4 Acre Commerce Center Drive: A 10,000 square foot daycare center and an 18,600 square foot office/retail building proposed to be located east of Commerce Center Drive and north of Crosstown Parkway.

P23-090 Sympatico Residential: A 324-unit multi-family residential development proposed to be located east of Port St. Lucie Boulevard and north of Darwin Boulevard.

P23-199 Medsquare Becker Road: A 66,798-square-foot medical office building proposed to be located south of Becker Road, between Lassiter and Junietta Streets.

P97-152-A1 Autozone S. Federal Highway Expansion: A 12,770-square-foot expansion to the existing Autozone building located east of U.S. 1 and north of Mariposa Avenue.

P23-106 Southern Grove, SG 8 Shoppes: A 136,789-square-foot home improvement store and a 5,045-square-foot convenience store and gas station are proposed to be located at the northwest corner of Village Parkway and Becker Road.

P23-122 Southern Grove, Project Suburban: A 378,523-square-foot warehouse building proposed to be located east of Anthony F. Sansone Boulevard at the end of Hegener Drive.

P23-235 LTC Ranch, Wylder Pod 7, Third Lake: A 264-unit residential development proposed to be located east of Wylder Parkway and northwest of Glades Cutoff Road.

P23-145 Tambone TCC Tract B: A 62,750-square-foot warehouse/office building proposed to be located east of Tom Mackie Boulevard, between Trade Center Drive and Marshall Parkway.

P23-144 Southern Grove Village Parkway: A 20,264-square-foot commercial building proposed to be located south of Discovery Way and east of Village Parkway.
