Utility Service Application
This online application is for:
- new customers starting residential utility services for properties with existing water and/or wastewater (sewer) services;
- customers starting services in business/entity name that already have existing service.
Customers wishing to start commercial utility services should contact the Utility Engineering Division by calling 772 871-5393.
What will I need to start service?
- Copy or picture of Government issued Identification
- Complete address where service is to be started
- Date you would like to start your service
- A deposit is required to complete your application. We will contact you after your application has been received to give you instructions on how to pay the deposit. Deposits are $70 for water only customers and $110 for water and sewer customers.
What will I need to start service in business/entity name for single-family residential or non-residential property?
- Copy or picture of government issued identification, for example: valid driver’s license, ID card, or passport for an authorized agent of the business/entity.
- Complete address where service is to be started.
- Date you would like to start your service.
- A deposit is required to complete your application. We will contact you after your application is received to give you instructions on how to pay the deposit. Deposits are $70 for properties with only City water and $110 for properties with both City water and sewer.
