Community Job Fair

In collaboration with CareerSource Research Coast, the City of Port St. Lucie is hosting a free Community Job Fair that will connect employers with committed, hardworking and enthusiastic candidates. The Community Job Fair offers job seekers an opportunity to meet in person with employers hiring in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. Veterans can participate early, starting at 3 p.m.

Free Workshop for Job Seekers

CareerSource Research Coast is offering job seekers Making the Most of the Job Fair workshop. This free workshop will help job seekers develop the skills needed to enhance their job fair experience, including application and resume preparation, interviewing techniques, networking, and creating their pitch. Preregistration is required.

Clothing Donation 

In partnership with CareerSource Research Coast and Grace Way Village, a clothing donation drive is being launched to support local job seekers attending the Community Job Fair. Donations of gently used business casual clothing, including button-down shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, dresses, blazers, and shoes, are encouraged. Drop-off location is available at the City of Port St. Lucie Human Resources Suite in City Hall, Building A, until August 13, 2024. All items should be clean and in good condition.
