PORT ST. LUCIE –May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the City of Port St. Lucie encourages the community to prioritize mental health, well-being and mindfulness with the “Take Time for You” program. It’s a chance to find relaxation, peace of mind and enjoy themselves!

The program consists of five opportunities for residents of all ages to participate in programs, services and amenities that provide a means of relaxation and mindfulness. From yoga to forest bathing to art activities, the program has something for everyone to enjoy.

“These activities are not only great for your mental health, but they’re also a lot of fun,” said Sandy McKeithen, Fitness Coordinator. “We want our community members to come out, enjoy the activities and take a little time for themselves.”
