FAM Fest Returns: Honoring Black Culture in Port St Lucie

What: The City of Port St Lucie Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the second annual FAM Fest which highlights and honors Black culture through food, art and music. Works from local artists will be on display, including bright, unique contemporary art designs, jewelry, art and more. Plus, there's something for everyone in the family with the expansive Kid Zone, including a video game truck, laser tag, and several inflatable bounce attractions!
When: Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 5 – 9 p.m.
Where: Whispering Pines Park, 800 SW Darwin Blvd., Port St Lucie
Parking is available at Windmill Point Elementary and Treasure Coast High School.
For disabled parking, there will be a designated lot inside Whispering Pines Park.
Why: FAM Fest is a free, family-friendly event celebrating Black culture. Attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the unique flavors, sights, and sounds of Black culture. The event schedule includes performances by local bands, dance sessions, and live music, creating an evening of fun, creativity and cultural appreciation.

- 5 - 5:30 p.m.: Fort Pierce Westwood Academy Band
- 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Ray of Music
- 6 - 6:30 p.m.: LaSoca Fit (Leading a Group/Line Dance Session)
- 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.: Carmen & Cloud 9
- 7:30 - 8:00 p.m.: DJ Justchill
- 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.: Kayy Love Live Band
